For Chimney Pros

Chimney Sweeps

The National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) exists to support the entire trade, not just our members. Resources are available to support all sweeps, including government affairs and recall notices and our disaster relief network to name a few.

NCSG’s Government Affairs Committee endeavors to keep abreast of existing (and pending) legislation that impacts our industry and strives to share the impact of any State legislative actions via an up-to-date web presence on NCSG.org. Through established relationships with other professional trade organizations and state associations, the Government Affairs Committee can guide individuals through the process of establishing and/or networking on a grassroots level within their own region to effect changes regarding legislative actions which may be impacting their livelihood.

We also make a number of directories available to the entire chimney service industry in an effort to connect sweeps with those associations and companies who actively support the industry. Our Supplier Directory features those companies that support the goals of the National Chimney Sweep Guild and are committed to the growth, development and success of every chimney sweep and every chimney sweep company. Our State Guild and Associations page features all known state and regional chimney service organizations to help you connect with fellow sweeps and suppliers on a local level.

NCSG welcomes you to explore the site and contact us with any questions you might have about the industry or about joining the Guild. Membership provides you with a network of professional advisors and, if you get involved - lifelong friendships with the leading professionals in your field. Plus we throw in a lot of great benefits to help make your business more profitable and eliminate hours spent running your day-to-day operations allowing you more time to spend with your family and friends.
