Voting: Chimney service company membership. Entitles company to one (1) vote in NCSG elections (voter must be designated representative who signed the Code of Ethics). Membership application (.pdf)

Supplier: Any sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation which manufactures and/or supplies goods and/or services to the chimney service industry shall be eligible for membership in the  Supplier Member category.  Membership application (.pdf)

Dual: Chimney service/supplier company combination membership. Note: Dual Members must also sign the NCSG Code of Ethics for Service Companies.  Membership application (.pdf)

Affiliate: Any  individual or organization which is not engaged in, but has an interest in the chimney service industry, shall be eligible for membership in the Affiliate Member category. Membership application (.pdf)

International:  Non-voting membership for chimney service companies outside of the United States. Membership application (.pdf)

Senior:  Non-voting membership for retired sweep company owners. Includes significant discounts on convention registration. Membership application (.pdf)
